The Sustainable Soil Management Lab is proud to celebrate Dr. Sindhu Jagadamma’s promotion to Professor in the Department of Biosystems Engineering and Soil Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Since joining the department in 2016, Dr. Jagadamma has built a strong research program focused on improving soil health and the sustainability of agricultural systems while mentoring students and early-career researchers. Her promotion recognizes an important milestone in a career shaped by research, collaboration, mentorship, and service.

As her lab team, we are especially grateful for her continued guidance, encouragement, and commitment to creating opportunities for students and researchers to grow.
