The University of Tennessee hosted the annual meeting of the NC1178 Multi-State Project Team, bringing together researchers from across the country to share updates and discuss the future direction of collaborative soil health research. A special thanks to Dr. Xi Zhang for leading the organization of this year’s meeting.

As part of the program, visitors toured the Organic Crops Unit, where Dr. Ravi Teja Neelipally and PhD student Binsiya Kallingal joined Dr. Sindhu Jagadamma in highlighting ongoing research projects on soil carbon and organic grain systems.

We enjoyed hosting the NC1178 group and look forward to continuing collaborations that strengthen soil health research nationwide.
