We are excited to welcome two new postdoctoral researchers to the Jagadamma Lab! Dr. Ravi Teja Neelipally, a long-time member of the group and an organic farming enthusiast, will continue his work on organic grain production systems in the Southeast. Dr. Arjun Chhetri, who recently earned his PhD from the Department of Biosystems Engineering and Soil Science at UT, brings valuable expertise in soil ecology. His doctoral research focused on greenhouse gas emissions and the intricacies of nitrogen mineralization in soil, and in the lab he will lead new studies on the role of manganese in agricultural soil carbon cycling.

We are delighted to have Ravi and Arjun on the team and look forward to their contributions as we expand our efforts in soil health and sustainable cropping systems.
