We are excited to share that Dr. Sindhu Jagadamma received the 2025 Mentoring Award at the ASA, CSSA, and SSSA Annual Meeting. This national award recognizes excellence in mentoring and the significant impact of faculty who support the professional and personal development of students and early-career scientists.

Dr. Jagadamma expressed her gratitude to all past and current members of the Soil Management Lab, whose achievements and dedication form the foundation of her mentoring philosophy.

We also acknowledge the continued support from the Department of Biosystems Engineering and Soil Science and the UT Institute of Agriculture, which has been instrumental in fostering a culture of mentoring and student success.
